Parrish Early Care and Education (PECE) 

PECEChildren six weeks through 5 years are cared for in a loving, nurturing, and safe environment, while their parents are at work.    Part time education programs are offered to children ages 1-4 as well.  We are the only NAEYC accredited program in north Brevard.

PECE also provides family support through educational workshops, parent night out and respite care services for children through young adulthood.

Board-certified pediatric specialists from Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando come to Titusville to provide expert patient and family-centered care to kids, newborns to age 18. Nemours care teams offer advanced specialty care for families at The Children’s Center in several areas, including allergy, cardiology and pulmonology. Speech Works Pediatric Therapy provides pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy to children birth to 18 years old.  Our skilled therapists provide individualized therapy services in a child-friendly environment and work to enhance your child’s development in the areas of sensory integration/processing, handwriting, motor coordination, balance, mobility, speech and language, auditory processing, oral-motor, self-regulation, self-care, play, and social/emotional skills.  Using a collaborative approach with families and caregivers, we work as a team to provide meaningful home programs that carryover the new skills learned during therapy sessions into the child’s daily routine.

ELC of Brevard provides oversight to early learning programs throughout the county. The Coalition holds agreements with childcare providers who offer School Readiness (subsidized childcare) and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) services. The Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R 321-637-7272) department provides information to the public about all early learning resources in Brevard. The Coalition’s main objective is to assist families who are in need of quality childcare and early learning programs while ensuring that children have all they need to succeed in school and beyond. Serves children infant to 36 months with developmental delays. This program provides transdisciplinary evaluation and ongoing early Intervention services for eligible children. Family service coordinators assist families in obtaining services to benefit their child’s development.
